Cake Sacramento Mad Libs champs/poet rockers Cake can retain and flaunt what little they have left of their indie roots by not selling any albums AND still get all the glory of having a Number One release after their latest disc, Showroom of Compassion, topped the charts after shipping just 55 000 copies.
